StayReady serves Door County only. Not the Fox Valley, not the lakeshore, not "the region." A quarterly promise is a driving-distance promise, and we intend to keep it.
Why we cap them
Every property in a zone has to be reachable within the same two-week service window — including the week when the weather turns and three of them need attention on the same morning. That math sets the cap, not a marketing plan.
Southern Door
Sturgeon Bay, Little Sturgeon, Sawyer, Nasewaupee, Clay Banks, Brussels, Forestville, Maplewood, Institute, Sevastopol.
Founding intake: open.
Central Door
Egg Harbor, Fish Creek, Juddville, Carlsville, Jacksonport, and the corridor between.
Founding intake: open.
Northern Door
Ephraim, Sister Bay, Baileys Harbor, Ellison Bay, Rowleys Bay, Gills Rock, Northport, Washington Island.
Founding intake: limited. Island properties are quoted individually for ferry scheduling.

Intake windows, not a waitlist
We open new-property intake in defined windows — before the spring season and again after peak — rather than accepting properties continuously.
Onboarding a property properly takes a full Baseline Readiness Assessment, and those can't be squeezed between quarterly visits in July without shortchanging someone. So they aren't.
If a zone is full when you reach out, we'll say so and tell you the date of the next window. We won't take a deposit to hold a spot we can't service.
Current status
Founding cohort: ten founding spots across all three zones — the Baseline Readiness Assessment fee is waived on commitment and applied to the first year. Priority goes to owner-managed properties and to owners with more than one property in the same zone.
